📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily truck maintenance activities, including diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Manage and mentor a team of mechanics, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular inspections and servicing of trucks to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Coordinate with the operations team to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and tools, and place orders as needed.
• Perform root cause analysis on mechanical failures to prevent recurrence.
• Train and develop new team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Truck Mechanic or similar role in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Strong knowledge of truck mechanics and maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as SAP or similar.
• Valid driver's license and experience driving trucks.
