This role is perfect for someone with 5+ years of HR experience in a similar setting, proficient in Mandarin, and familiar with HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
• Facilitate communication between local and international teams using Mandarin, resolving conflicts and ensuring smooth operations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local laws and company standards.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development opportunities to employees.
• Partner with department heads to understand business needs and implement HR strategies that support company goals.
• Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration using HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance across all HR functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in an IT company or similar setting.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems like BambooHR, Workday, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
