📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools.
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved.
• Conduct performance appraisals and career development initiatives to foster employee growth.
• Handle employee relations, including grievance resolution and conflict management.
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Manage leave administration and attendance tracking.
• Provide HR support during organizational changes and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with HRIS tools like BambooHR or Workday is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
