Stripe is looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Billing team. As a Staff Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the vision and strategy for our billing products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with Stripe's overall goals.

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Drive the vision and strategy for Stripe's billing products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with Stripe's overall goals.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and customer support teams to deliver high-quality billing products.
  • Conduct user research and customer interviews to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Define and prioritize product roadmaps, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems.
  • Measure and analyze product performance, using data to drive decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in billing and financial services.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on billing or financial services.
  • Deep understanding of the billing landscape, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for building great products and a commitment to customer success.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
