📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the company's international team by facilitating communication and ensuring a positive work culture.
• Conduct HR training and development programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.
• Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Experience with HR software and tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of managing HR processes in an international environment.
