📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process patient accounts and insurance claims with accuracy and efficiency
• Verify and reconcile accounts receivable (AR) records
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and billing standards
• Enter and update patient charges in the billing system
• Resolve billing discrepancies and follow up with patients and providers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Generate and submit insurance claims to payers
• Collaborate with the billing team to improve processes and efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing or a related field
• Certification in Medical Billing and Coding (CPC, CPC-H, or similar) is a plus
• Proficient in using healthcare billing software such as Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance policies
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
