As a Mandarin Translator & Operational Manager, you'll translate critical documents, negotiate contracts, and facilitate smooth communication between our Chinese partners and Indonesian colleagues. You'll also manage daily operations, oversee logistics, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role is perfect for professionals with a strong background in both translation and operations management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate and interpret critical business documents between Mandarin and Indonesian, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Facilitate communication and negotiations with Chinese suppliers, ensuring smooth business operations.
• Manage daily operations, including logistics, inventory, and production scheduling.
• Oversee compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements.
• Provide training and support to team members on cross-cultural communication and operational best practices.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Mandarin and Indonesian, with a strong understanding of business communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Translation, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in translation and/or operations management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
