As a Licensed Social Worker at RecruitPedia Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, and providing social services to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, hospitals, and community centers. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to develop and implement case management plans, advocate for clients' rights, and provide therapeutic support.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs
• Develop and implement case management plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Provide therapeutic support and counseling services to clients
• Advocate for clients' rights and needs, and work with government agencies and community organizations to ensure their well-being
• Educate clients and their families on various social issues, such as mental health, substance abuse, and domestic violence
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, and comply with all relevant laws and regulations
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
• Report on client progress, outcomes, and any issues or concerns to the appropriate authorities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field
• A valid social work license or certification from the relevant licensing board
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work, preferably in a clinical or case management setting
• Strong knowledge of social work theories, practices, and ethical guidelines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Experience working with diverse populations and cultures is a plus
