📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain dialysis machines (e.g., Fresenius, Gambro, NxStage)
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and dialysis parameters
• Prepare and administer dialysis treatments under the supervision of a nephrologist
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Perform pre- and post-dialysis assessments
• Document patient care and treatment procedures accurately
• Assist in patient education and support
• Maintain a clean and organized dialysis unit

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Diploma or degree in Dialysis Technology, Medical Technology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hemodialysis Technician
• Certification from a recognized dialysis training program (e.g., American Society for Apheresis, International Society of Hemodialysis Technicians)
• Strong knowledge of dialysis machines and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
