📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients to collect overdue payments.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements with clients.
• Update and manage collection activities using Debt Management System (DMS).
• Provide regular reports on collection progress and client interactions.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and communication.
• Follow up on unresolved collections and escalate issues as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or related fields.
• Proven track record of successful debt collection.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Debt Management System (DMS) or similar software.
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
