📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver training programs that enhance operational excellence and process improvement in our manufacturing facilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop training materials.
• Conduct training sessions using real-world scenarios and case studies to ensure practical application of knowledge.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future training initiatives.
• Utilize training management systems such as SAP Learning Management System to track and manage training programs.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing excellence and process improvement.
• Mentor and coach junior trainers to ensure the continuous development of our training team.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all training activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on manufacturing operations.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and training management systems such as SAP Learning Management System.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for training purposes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
