📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized environment.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and ensure they understand company policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain optimal inventory levels.,Foster a positive and engaging customer experience to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to boost sales.,Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are processed correctly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and interact with customers and vendors.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.,Experience with inventory management, POS systems, and retail software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends is a plus.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
