Tanggung Jawab:
Perform complex tax calculations and prepare accurate tax filings for individuals and businesses.Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.Conduct thorough tax audits and reviews to identify any potential tax risks or opportunities.Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, and provide training and support to junior team members.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality tax services.Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records and documentation.Prepare and present detailed tax reports and analyses to clients and stakeholders.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in tax services.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax analysis and compliance, with a strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CTA, or equivalent) is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Experience with tax software and systems is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.🛠️ Keahlian
