📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the Allied Health and Pharmacy departments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and efficient service delivery.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service quality and patient satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders.,Maintain a safe and secure working environment for both staff and patients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a managerial role.,Proven track record of managing teams and processes in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus.,Familiarity with healthcare software and systems is desirable.
