Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the section,Leading and managing a team of employees,Ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively,Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity,Monitoring performance and providing feedback to employees,Managing budgets and ensuring financial targets are met,Collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals,Representing the company at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Proven track record of success in managing teams and projects,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures,Knowledge of industry trends and best practices,Fluency in Indonesian and English
