This is a remote position, allowing you to manage your team and operations from anywhere, while still being part of a larger, cohesive organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned area, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns in the assigned area.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the assigned area.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the sales or business development sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and business practices.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
