📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate department.,Check guests in and out, and assist with any special requests or needs.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including answering machines, bulletin boards, and other equipment.,Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage the reception calendar.,Assist with office administrative tasks as needed.,Ensure the safety and security of the office premises by monitoring entrances and exits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with office software and technology.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
