You will work closely with our head office to implement and monitor performance against KPIs, using tools like QuickBooks and SAP for financial tracking.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Manage a team of 10-15 staff, providing training and mentorship.
- Monitor and report on KPIs using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Implement and monitor health and safety protocols.
- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the head office to ensure consistent brand standards.
- Participate in regular team meetings and performance reviews.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and SAP for financial tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
