📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement effective retail strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of store managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the regional management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Identify and address customer concerns and complaints, working towards resolution.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote products and services.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance leadership and management skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
