PT Prima Kencana is seeking a Lead Learning Development to spearhead our learning and development initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to align learning initiatives with business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Monitor and report on learning and development metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
