📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.

Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales or a related role.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
