📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create training materials and resources.
  • Conduct needs analysis and assess training effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure training relevance.
  • Provide feedback and support to trainees.
  • Maintain training records and reports.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale training events.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in training and development (optional for recent graduates).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training management software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
