📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, well-organized, and safe for customers and staff.,Train and develop the restaurant staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about our products and services and that they provide excellent customer service.,Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality, ensuring that all food is prepared and served according to our standards.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including ordering, purchasing, and controlling expenses.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all local and national regulations and laws.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Conduct regular performance reviews with the restaurant staff, providing feedback and coaching as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A degree in hospitality management, restaurant management, or a related field.,At least 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the restaurant staff.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, purchasing, and budgeting.,Familiarity with local and national regulations and laws related to the restaurant industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
