In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT projects, from planning and execution to delivery and support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from inception to completion.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Asana to track progress and manage tasks.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Present project status updates to stakeholders and make data-driven recommendations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plus.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Asana.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
