📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screening and evaluating job applicants to ensure they meet the job requirements and company culture.,Conducting interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with hiring managers and providing updates on progress.,Collaborating with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Maintaining a strong understanding of the company's culture, values, and job requirements to ensure a good fit for candidates.,Providing feedback to candidates and assisting them throughout the recruitment process.,Analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a hybrid or remote work environment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
