Mart Zone Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to manage a team of sales and operational staff, ensuring the smooth running of our stores and achieving sales targets.

As an Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our retail operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the performance of your team, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage a team of sales and operational staff, ensuring they meet performance targets.
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and merchandising.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and provide coaching and mentoring.
  • Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Participate in training and development programs for staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
