📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks and projects.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language (Indonesian).,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
