📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Supervisor in managing and coordinating daily operations of the facility.,Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed by the staff.,Monitor the performance of the team and provide feedback and training as needed.,Handle employee relations, including hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions.,Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.,Provide support during peak periods or special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
