📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Review financial records, documents, and reports to identify areas for improvement and potential risks.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with the Internal Audit department to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of internal control systems and procedures.,Provide support to the audit team during fieldwork, including data collection and analysis.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit documentation and records.,Participate in continuous learning and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.,Familiarity with internal auditing software and tools is a plus.
