Fresh Market Cemerlang is looking for an Assistant HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will support the HR team in various activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including handling inquiries and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR events and activities.,Provide general HR support to the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and HR software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
