📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple AHASS branches, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Manage a team of skilled technicians, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their performance.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain Honda's high standards of service and vehicle condition.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory management system using tools like SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the regional management team to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive after-sales service industry.
• Proven experience in managing multiple workshop locations and teams.
• Certification in Honda's specific service standards or equivalent industry certifications.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
