📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the sales and distribution of our snack products in the designated area.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events and meetings.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and operations management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales and inventory management software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
