📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, trial balance, and financial statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Manage bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
