📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that align with the company's goals and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and procurement of food supplies.,Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized.,Maintain a high standard of food quality and presentation.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food service.,Participate in cost control measures to ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Experience with remote management and team coordination.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
