📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings, ensuring a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions to support the organization's goals.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide talent solutions.,Maintain and update job descriptions, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external partners to expand the talent pool.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
