In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and assistance to our clients. Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.,Providing information about our products and services to customers.,Assisting customers with their orders and ensuring a smooth checkout process.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.,Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.,Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.,Providing feedback to the team on customer interactions and suggestions for improvement.,Adhering to company policies and procedures related to customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in Portuguese, both written and spoken.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
