In this role, you will be responsible for managing our cash handling operations, ensuring accurate and efficient financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cash handling operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Oversee the banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their financial needs are met.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Train and mentor junior cashiers and bank tellers.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.,Handle cash reconciliation and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.,Resolve any financial discrepancies or issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in cash handling and banking operations.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and banking procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using financial software and banking systems.,Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
