📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage IT transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's business objectives and drive digital transformation.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT challenges, and develop innovative solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and processes, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.,Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.,Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations, standards, and policies.,Represent the IT department in senior management meetings and other key stakeholder engagements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT transformation methodologies, frameworks, and tools.,Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering IT transformation projects.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Certifications in IT project management or related fields are a plus.
