Express Port Ekspansindo is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payments.,Manage accounts payable and receivable.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.,Provide support to the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.,Knowledge of financial software and systems is a plus.
