PT Eka Cempaka is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Garut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Handle employee relations, including discipline, grievances, and conflict resolution.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Coordinate with other departments to address HR-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll processing is a plus.,Ability to speak and write in English is a plus.
