Central Store Indonesia is seeking a talented Deputy Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent for our organization.

As a Deputy Recruitment Specialist, you will work closely with the Recruitment Manager to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the Recruitment Manager.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide updates on the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions and postings.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
