The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Monitor and track procurement activities to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and prepare reports for management.,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and maintain supplier relationships.,Support the procurement team in achieving cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Assist in the preparation of procurement budgets and forecasts.,Participate in procurement meetings and provide input as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in procurement or related fields.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.
