📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations and management of the company.,Oversee the logistics and supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team.,Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
