📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize affiliate marketing programs to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and establish new affiliate partnerships with relevant publishers and networks.
• Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and affiliate network dashboards.
• Create and implement campaign strategies to maximize affiliate program performance.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Provide training and support to affiliate partners to ensure successful program participation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing affiliate programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, or ShareASale.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and technologies, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
